HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL is a registered export and supply company based in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India, engaged in the international trade of herbal products, cosmetic ingredients, spices, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, healthcare products, and related natural commodities.

By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or entering into any business arrangement with HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy.

If you are accessing this website on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or engage in business with us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or engagement with us after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products and Services

HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL supplies a range of natural and herbal products for industrial, commercial, and wholesale purposes. Our product catalog includes but is not limited to: herbal powders and extracts, cosmetic raw materials, spices and condiments, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, healthcare consumables, and related natural commodities.

All products are supplied in bulk quantities suitable for manufacturers, distributors, importers, and wholesale buyers. We do not engage in retail sales to individual consumers through this website. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and are subject to product type, availability, and destination country.

Product specifications, including mesh size, moisture content, color, purity, and other parameters, are provided as general guidelines. Final specifications are subject to mutual agreement between HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL and the buyer prior to order confirmation. Specifications may vary within acceptable industry tolerances.

3. Pricing and Quotations

Prices displayed on this website, if any, are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined based on order quantity, product grade, packaging requirements, destination port, applicable duties and taxes, and prevailing market conditions at the time of order.

All formal quotations are provided in writing and are valid for the period specified in the quotation document. Quotations are subject to availability of stock and raw materials. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to revise or withdraw any quotation prior to order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR) on an Ex-Works (EXW), FOB, or CIF basis as agreed. Currency fluctuations between quotation and payment may affect final invoice amounts.

4. Bulk Orders Policy

All orders placed with HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL are bulk commercial orders. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the products are intended for commercial, industrial, or wholesale use and not for personal or retail consumption.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written confirmation from the buyer, along with any required advance payment or letter of credit as agreed. Production or procurement of goods will commence only after order confirmation and payment terms are fulfilled.

Cancellation of confirmed orders may result in forfeiture of advance payments and recovery of costs incurred by HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL in connection with the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to our approval.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and logistics arrangements are agreed upon between HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL and the buyer at the time of order confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including port congestion, customs clearance delays, carrier schedules, and force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer in accordance with the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL is not liable for loss, damage, or delay occurring after the risk has passed to the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary import licenses, permits, and approvals required in the destination country. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL will provide standard export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary or health certificates where applicable and available.

6. Export Compliance

All exports by HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL are conducted in compliance with applicable Indian export regulations, including those administered by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), APEDA, FSSAI, and other relevant regulatory authorities.

The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the import of products into the destination country complies with all applicable laws, regulations, import restrictions, labeling requirements, and customs procedures. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for any penalties, fines, or losses arising from the buyer's failure to comply with import regulations.

Certain products may be subject to export restrictions or require specific documentation for export. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL will inform buyers of any known restrictions applicable to their order. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify import permissibility in their jurisdiction.

7. Product Quality Disclaimer

HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL is committed to supplying products that meet agreed specifications and quality standards. All products are sourced from reputable suppliers and undergo quality checks prior to dispatch.

However, natural products may exhibit variations in color, aroma, texture, and composition due to seasonal and geographic factors. Such natural variations do not constitute a defect unless they fall outside the agreed specification range.

Claims regarding product quality or quantity must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods, supported by photographic evidence and independent laboratory analysis where applicable. Claims submitted after this period may not be entertained.

HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL does not guarantee the suitability of any product for any specific end use, formulation, or application. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own testing and verification before commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the value of the specific order to which the claim relates.

HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL is not liable for any misuse of products by the buyer or any third party, including use in unauthorized applications, non-compliant formulations, or in violation of applicable regulations in the destination country.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL. Limited use for personal reference or business evaluation is permitted provided that proper attribution is given.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will notify the buyer as soon as reasonably practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as the force majeure event ceases.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or any business transaction, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

14. International Trade Disclaimer

International trade involves complex regulatory, logistical, and commercial considerations. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL provides products and export services based on information available at the time of transaction. Regulatory requirements in destination countries may change without notice.

Buyers are strongly advised to consult with local regulatory authorities, customs brokers, and legal advisors in their respective countries before placing orders. HORIZONIXX INTERNATIONAL shall not be responsible for any losses arising from changes in import regulations, tariffs, or trade policies in the buyer's country.
